helpful staff good direction cozy place missing lift small bathroom room dust

The location was amazing. the hotel was near several attractions. the staff was really helpful with directions and suggestions. i had a very good experience overall. The place was cozy!

The room was on the fourth floor. There was no lift. the bathroom was small. It made showering a bit difficult. the room smelled a little like it hadn't been aired out recently! it had dust.

great location helpful staff fun staff uncomfortable mattress no kettle no lift

the location was great. lots of restaurants and shops are just outside the door. i walked easily to other neighborhoods and sites. the staff was fun and helpful and i like that so much.

the mattress was uncomfortable. there was no kettle in the room to make tea or get tap water. my room was on the 4th floor with no lift. i was disappointed about it.

i really liked the location. it was excellent and just a few minutes walk to pont neuf. the staff were friendly. the room decor was fun and quirky with a comfy bed.

my room was located on the upper floor and there was no elevator.
