Mixed Experience at a Centrally Located Hotel
missing wardrobe door broken toilet
The location was great. It was easy to reach many shops and restaurants.
The room was small, i found that disappointing. One of the wardrobe doors was missing entirely. The toilet was broken. I had to flush it using a piece of wood (not ideal at ALL).

Charming Find in a Great Spot
clean beds friendly gentlemen excellent location private bathroom
The room had minimal facilities, just beds and a private bathroom. Housekeeping kept our beds and the bathroom super clean every day. The gentlemen at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. I found the location excellent because it was close to everything like shopping, food, and the metro.
The room facilities were very basic. Though I wish there was more space for my belongings.

This location is central to many shops, restaurants, and landmarks. The hotel's position on a quiet street added to the peacefulness. It is also a short walk to a self-service laundry facility, about 100m down the road.

Many cute cafes and restaurants surround the hotel, with dining options. I found several spots within easy walking distance, providing lots of choices. Excellent dinner recommendations were offered by the concierge too.

The staff was friendly and approachable. the location was excellent. It made getting around very easy. the bed was comfortable. It ensured restful nights.
The walls seemed thin, i could hear noises from other rooms. the bathroom lacked proper toiletries. I only found a small soap bar. the absence of a mini-bar was inconvenient. I missed having cold drinks available.
