the hotel's location really helped. i could easily access the metro and nearby malls. the staff was friendly and genuinely kind.
the room was smaller than i expected even after an upgrade. there was also a strange smell. it smelled like damp carpet that was not dry.

The location was very convenient. The hotel is close to the metro. A beautiful shopping centre is nearby. The staff members were helpful, I appreciated that.
The bathroom could be better. Some tiles were broken. The shower area looked patched up. The room was small and not like the pictures! I found this disappointing.

Adequate Stay. Some Disappointments
strange smell careless housekeeping
The room I had was quite small, I must say. There was also a strange smell, like something was damp, and it never really went away. Housekeeping seemed a bit careless one day. My things were moved around. Overall not a complete disaster, though not the best experience either.

charming stay near the opera
helpful staff convenient location breakfast options
the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location near the train station made it easy to get around. the breakfast was fresh and had many options, including fresh orange juice, which i loved. beds were comfortable and did not squeak.
the room was kept very tidy, but the mini bar was not very cold.

The infrastructure seemed chic, and a beautiful scent welcomed me upon arrival. The cleanliness and upkeep were perfect.

The staff displayed friendliness and attentiveness, which helped solve a minor issue that came up . Their support was invaluable.

I found the staff to be very helpful. The location is REALLY great. It is near many shops. The room was clean every day. The hotel bar space was perfect for our group.
