A fantastic stay!
helpful staff transportation instructions excellent location daily cleaning
The staff were very helpful providing transportation instructions. I really appreciated that they moved a flower from our room into a vase. The location is excellent as train lines and restaurants are close. The room was cleaned every day, a fantastic touch.
The lift was a bit small. Two people with carry-ons barely fit. It really wasn't a big issue.

The hotel has close proximity to the Luxembourg Gardens. neighborhoods like St Germain, the Latin Quarter, and Montparnasse. Three train stations nearby provide transport. This made it simple to get around.

The reception staff provided excellent service. Staff members were friendly and bilingual. They were always there to assist and arrange anything we needed. I received clear directions.

The room was clean and well kept. Bedmaking was done well each day. Air conditioning worked effectively in our room. The bathroom was sufficiently sized.

Breakfast included cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, pastries and croissants, a really great selection. Hot breakfast items such as scrambled egg and bacon were available. I could eat on the terrace.

poor air conditioning stale croissants
The air conditioning was a joke. It barely worked. my room was sweltering despite my fiddling with the controls constantly. also, the breakfast wasn't worth the price. the croissants tasted stale and the selection was limited. not worth getting out of bed for, really.

Excellent Location and Service!
really good assistance convenient location quick walk great bonus
The staff offered really good assistance with directions and travel tips. The hotel sits conveniently between the Metro and Tube lines, a quick five-minute walk. I found grocery stores and various restaurants right on the hotel's street. A laundromat around the corner was also very convenient. This was a great bonus.
The elevator was a bit small. It only comfortably fit one person with luggage.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to many major attractions within a reasonable walk. Proximity to the metro and Montepansse Station was a huge plus. Busy main street access offered plentiful cafes and shops.

Breakfast included delicious cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, and fantastic pastries. There were hot breakfast items such as scrambled egg and bacon. I REALLY enjoyed the variety and quality of the selections!!!

underwhelming stay
shower head issue tiny lift
the location was, i guess, acceptable, i could walk to some places without dying of exhaustion.
the shower situation was frankly offensive, i had to hold the shower head aloft like some sort of water-based statue of liberty. also the lift was clearly designed for hamsters, squeezing in with my luggage seemed like an extreme sport. i think they should consider a lift upgrade or offer counselling for claustrophobia afterwards.

the hotel had a good location close to metro stations i could easily access various attractions there were also many restaurants nearby i found some nice places to eat. the staff were kind they helped me with directions and other requests. breakfast had sufficient options it included eggs ham yogurt and cheeses
the air conditioning did not work properly the room felt stuffy even with a fan i had to open the windows to get some air. the street noise was significant there was a bar across the street with loud customers. mosquitoes also entered the room due to the open windows

The location was good. I found some metro stations and restaurants nearby. The room felt comfortable. The beds were comfortable.
The air conditioning did not work well. I found the rooms on the top floor hot. The facilities need a facelift. We booked superior rooms and got classic rooms initially.
