helpful staff reliable wifi great water pressure ample space
The staff helped me with directions immediately upon arrival. i used the free wifi throughout my stay. It was always reliable. the shower had great water pressure, i really enjoyed it. the room offered ample space for luggage, a convenient touch.
i noticed the hallway carpeting was a bit worn.

double room easy access main sightseeing huge plus
I stayed in a superior double or twin room, and it was great! the easy access to gare du nord by walk was a huge plus! i also found it super accessible to all the main sightseeing spots. It made exploring so easy!
The room decor was a bit too dark for my taste. It wasn't a major issue, just a slight preference thing!

the hotel's location is fantastic, seriously! it is close to the metro, and this made getting around the city super easy! moulin rouge and the louvre are within walking distance, so that's a major bonus!

I tried the breakfast, and it had a decent variety! there were scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon which i found satisfying! also, there were croissants and pastries. They tasted delicious with my coffee!

wonderful stay!
central location good transport friendly staff comfortable bed
The location was excellent. It was very central and easy to find, i also loved the proximity to public transport. staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful, and spoke good english! the bed provided a very comfortable night's sleep, and i found the pillows equally comfortable.
the decor included a lot of black, which i found a bit much, and the view from my room was not very appealing! stepping into the room the first time it felt a little dark.

The hotel features excellent transport connections with a metro station nearby. Lots of restaurants are available right on the doorstep! staff provides assistance with directions and information.

the staff members were helpful and friendly, they consistently spoke good english, this made communication very easy and also the staff were nice. i really appreciated their willingness to assist with any questions.

i did not eat in the restaurant, so i am unable to comment on this aspect of the hotel! there are many diverse food options close to the hotel. convenience stores were also easily accessible.
