minor issues
small room empty fridge
the room i was given was quite small. it was supposed to be a superior double room with private hammam access, but it felt cramped. the mini fridge was also completely empty.. i expected more from a hotel in this category. it would have been nice to have some complimentary drinks or snacks available.

Fantastic Stay!
spacious room clean location
I loved that my room was spacious and clean! The toilet was separate. It made getting ready so easy. The location was excellent, and it was easy to access everything I wanted to see.

The staff were friendly and helpful with any request I had, from directions to restaurant recommendations. Every staff member I encountered spoke English. This made communication very easy. I really felt welcome.

The elevator seemed new and functioned perfectly . It made accessing my room seamless. I enjoyed opening the windows for fresh air. It added to the experience. I could enjoy the charming street from my room.

spacious room separate toilet central location
The room was surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. I found the separate toilet room particularly useful. The hotel's location made it easy to reach attractions by foot.

excellent stay!
large bathroom great water
The room was very spacious. the bathroom was large. It had great water pressure and heat. i opened the windows to let in fresh air and to enjoy the street. Though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
The room was not the cleanest. Breakfast was overpriced. more info is required about helping tourists get around. this would improve future stays.

the elevator seemed newer and was always working. the hotel offers paid parking nearby, so guests can conveniently park their vehicles. breakfast had a good spread of food each morning.

the beautiful double room with private hammam access included a comfortable bed. blackout curtains were great as they blocked all light. the room had soundproofing, so outside noise was minimal.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone i encountered spoke english. they gave us a room upgrade on arrival. i found the customer service warm and cute.

limited selection slow replenishment
the fitness area was not satisfactory. i noted a lack of essential equipment, with only two treadmills available. this limitation caused delays and inconvenience during my planned workout sessions. furthermore i found the breakfast service inadequate. the selection seemed limited and the replenishment of items was slow, causing waits and diminishing the quality of the morning meal.

convenient location helpful staff short walk limited breakfast small room size empty minibar
I stayed for several nights. The location proved convenient (a definite advantage). The metro station was a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful .
The breakfast options were somewhat limited. I felt that additional variety would greatly improve the experience. The room size was smaller than anticipated. The minibar was empty upon arrival.
