i booked a beautiful room on the first floor. the room was charming and had a spacious entrance and bathroom. the bed was spacious, chic and comfortable.. we enjoyed the upgrade.
the experience was terrible. the front desk tried to charge an excessive amount. the furniture was uncomfortable for anyone older than a college student. i found it was uninspired.

marais marvel, a design dream come true!
central location professional staff room design excellent maintenance
i was thrilled by the fantastic location close to everything i wanted to see. the staff was so professional and attentive, especially at reception. the room design was fine, a perfect blend of modern style and functional comfort. i also noticed the excellent maintenance reflected in the pristine condition of all facilities.
The lighting system in the room was a little complicated. It took some time to figure out all the switches

The room was spacious. The bed was GREAT. The shower was AMAZING.
The staff seemed slow sometimes. I needed to repeat requests often. The room lighting was VERY dark. It created a gloomy mood.

generous room delicious cookies attentive service thoughtful touch
the room size was generous, especially for an urban location! i found treats in the room, including cookies, chocolate, and champagne. service was attentive. i enjoyed the thoughtful touches provided.
The light operation in the room proved complicated. Even after consulting staff, i found it difficult.

unique style special design convenient location dark lighting small bathroom limited breakfast
The hotel has a very unique style. The room design felt special. The location is good , and it is within walking distance of shopping. The room included a turntable and LP records.
The lighting in the room was very dark , and it gave a gloomy mood. The bathroom had little space to keep things and nowhere to hang towels. Breakfast had no fruit , cheese , or cereal.

The room was a great size, particularly considering accommodations tend to be smaller.
I was disappointed in several service issues. The check-in process felt non existent as no one showed me the complex lighting system in my room. I left an item. I did not receive notice of this until I inquired about it days later.
