a charming stay!
helpful staff daily housekeeping comfortable bed great location
The reception staff were always available and eager to assist with directions. i noticed daily housekeeping ensured the room remained clean, a service i certainly value. i found the bed quite comfortable allowing for restful sleep after long days exploring. the hotel's proximity to local attractions was a great convenience. I could easily walk to several points of interest.
the lift was small, at times i had to wait, though it was not a major inconvenience.

The breakfast area offered a variety of pastries, fresh fruits, and hot beverages each morning. I found it adequate for a quick start to the day. the staff kept the buffet well-stocked.

lovely stay!
unique decor perfect size personal touch
The hotel had unique decor, a nice change from larger chains. i stayed in the 'cosy' room with my son. It was the perfect size for us. there were personal touches in the room that i liked a lot.
the noise level was noticeable, i could hear everything through the walls! even with earplugs, i had some trouble sleeping.

stained flooring poor cleaning
the room i got, a "beautiful room bathtub", was nothing special , really. the flooring looked quite stained , giving the whole place a tired , unclean vibe. plus , i discovered the toilet wasn't properly cleaned after changing rooms. it seems housekeeping standards could use a boost.

excellent location friendly staff lovely room
i found the location excellent. it was close to montmartre's exciting eateries and sights. le marais was within nice walking distance, but public transport options were nearby. the staff was very cute too. the room was lovely, actually.
the elevator was quite small.

Acceptable Location, Frustrating Aspects
thin walls temperature control
The location was indeed ideal near the metro. It made moving around pretty simple.
The noise was a real problem. I heard everything through the walls, , made sleep difficult even with earplugs. I also noticed the absence of proper temperature control. The room was either too hot or too cold, and there wasn't a good middle ground. The experience really impacted my comfort .

The location provided easy access to local attractions! The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast included tasty pastries and good coffee. I also appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I also noticed the air conditioning did not work in my room. It impacted my comfort a little.
