i appreciated the hotel's central location, near the metro station. my room was quite clean and provided slippers. the front desk staff offered assistance when needed.
the room lacked enough bench space in the bathroom, it was a minor inconvenience though.

the location provided convenient access to many attractions. the staff was very accommodating and readily available. breakfast included prosciutto and cheese options, and the $12 price was good.
Sound isolation could be improved. I could hear sounds from other rooms.

i stayed in a beautifully decorated double room it was very quiet and clean the staff were friendly i thought it was good value for money the breakfast was simple but well presented
i found the room to be quite small and opening my big suitcase on the floor was a challenge the stairs were quite steep and felt a bit dangerous it was odd the bathroom was downstairs

the hotel is close to many attractions (like the river and a park). it is also very close to restaurants. the staff responded well to all requests.
the room was small (i couldn't open my suitcase easily). i didn't like that i had to check in and out my room key at the front desk.
