great spreadfriendly staff
The breakfast was great with a very good spread, I will say. Staff managed breakfast really well. I found my room included all necessities of a 4 star hotel, how fun.
The gym it is very small, I will say. I could hear noises from the next room. That was not the best.

i found the room to be an ideal size and very clean. the bed was comfortable. i liked the toilet setupwith all necessary amenities (especially the bidet!).
i had to request tea and cups twice since they were missing. i eventually went down to the bar to get them myself. charging for water also felt disappointing.

the reception staff were always smiling and provided any information i needed with a smile. the daily cleaning service was perfect and respectful. staff organized transfers very well.

the breakfast was excellent and kept me fueled. the bar at the lobby was very nice at the end of the day. the hotel had a great breakfast with many options to choose from.

The rooms were nice and big. The location was excellent.
The air conditioning in my room never worked. I was not moved to another room. The temperature inside was 28 degrees. It was a terrible experience, I couldn't rest.
