claustrophobic breakfast area unreplenished coffee
the hotel location proved beneficial for city exploration.
The breakfast area, situated in the basement, lacked windows. This created a somewhat claustrophobic experience. the chairs looked worn. the provided coffee capsules were not replenished during my entire stay.

The staff were very friendly. They were always ready to help. The location was perfect. It was beautiful. My room was spacious. Early check-in was available.
Coffee was not replenished, and there was no kettle in the room.

great location excellent location breakfast option breakfast choice roof terrace air conditioning hotel restaurant few customers
the location of the hotel is great. i found the breakfast offered a lot of choices, just all the basic things you need. the roof terrace, it has a amazing view, i tell you.
the air conditioning, it did not work in my room. i could only switch it on or off, that's it. the hotel restaurant looked not so inviting. i saw few customers eat there, not a good sign.

great location varied option friendly staff
the location proves fantastic, situated a mere three-minute walk from a basilica. Breakfast included varied options, with service extending from 6:30 to 10:30. staff seemed very friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed. I also appreciated the availability of a left luggage area for storing my belongings.
during my visit, i noticed that some towels had unsightly stains. I also found that the room lacked complimentary refills of coffee and bottled water on subsequent days. finding these amenities absent proved a bit disappointing during the course of my stay.

the breakfast space resides in the basement level, but offers diverse food options. I also appreciated that a restaurant exists within the hotel, made dining convenient. The space appears neat.

the hotel sits near many tourist sites, most not more than 2km away. This proved convenient for sightseeing and exploration. It made walking to major attractions very easy.

a great stay with central access
fresh pastries many choices central location
the breakfast included many choices including hot food. i liked the fresh pastries. i especially enjoyed the assortment of juices and salads. the location was central, perfect for accessing various points of interest.
the room was hot. the air conditioning only works seasonally, and there were no fans. i was sweating even though it was february.

the hotel offers a gym with several machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes for fitness enthusiasts. there is also a rooftop bar which provides very nice city views, especially enjoyable during sunset. it is an amazing spot!!!

the staff were generally very accommodating and helpful. the waitress, lilly, was amazingly helpful. she was a real joy to speak with and provided excellent customer service.

the location was central to many attractions i walked to the basilica within minutes the superior plus room had a comfortable bed reception staff were helpful the room was super clean
the room did not have air conditioning you could adjust yourself i could only access a shared balcony
