The staff was super nice and helpful, i appreciated that. the room was clean with a coffee maker. the breakfast had a big selection. I enjoyed that.
The hot tub water was unclean. the room temperature was too warm. the floors weren't swept. That's not good.

The breakfast buffet was ample! The room was quiet, and the area safety was good. I loved the ideal location of this hotel! The staff was amazing, and I safety was good.
The hotel didn't clean the room and replace the towels daily. The Kleenex, conditioner, and cream were not replenished, inconvenient. I wish they paid more attention to these details.

The hotel provides Netflix access on the TV, nice for entertainment options. The hotel also features a rooftop bar. This offers a great experience. Breakfast includes many choices and great coffee you'd pay for at a cafe.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Everything!

The location was unbeatable for exploring. It was so easy to walk to all the main sites. The staff were also wonderful and very helpful, I particularly appreciated the fresh lemonade upon our return each day (a special touch!). I found the breakfast selection broad with many dishes.
I noticed the hot tub water wasn't completely clean . It did affect my relaxation, I hope they address this soon.

The room was spacious and light, which I loved. A comfy large bed came with great pillows. I also enjoyed a good shower (the water pressure was perfect!).

I especially loved the sauna and hot tub. I used them every day. The hotel also has an excellent sustainability program. Guests can save water, energy, and detergents with a pouch hung on the door.

The staff were very helpful. Daniel particularly assisted with everything I needed. The breakfast had great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. My room was large. The bed provided ample comfort .
