helpful staff internal courtyard
The reception service was excellent. The staff provided helpful restaurant recommendations. My Natural style room was very comfortable. It offered a lovely view of the internal courtyard.
There was a slight noise due to ongoing work nearby.

malfunctioning coffee machine erratic shower
the breakfast selection was ample. it provided more than adequate choices.
The in-room coffee machine malfunctioned daily. i had to call for assistance each morning. the temperature control in the shower proved erratic. It alternated between scalding and cold. this made it difficult to achieve a consistent water temperature.

Fantastic Find in the City Center!
fresh fruit delicious pastries helpful staff perfect location
The hotel breakfast impressed me. It included fresh fruit, pastries, various egg preparations, and sausages! They even offer bubbly! The staff was very accommodating. They were very good too fulfill every request I had. The location is ideal, near the Opera and close to many sights, restaurants. shops. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available any time!
Otherwise, my stay was excellent!

The hotel is a short three-minute walk to the airport bus, which I really liked. It is also centrally located. Most major attractions are easily accessible by foot or public transportation.

central location clean room
I spent several days in a Junior Suite, and I can confirm it was a pleasant experience! The hotel's location is central, placing many tourist sites nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom. Breakfast was also a good buffet with a decent range of local and international options.

The hotel has a functional gym, that allows you to perform your exercise, I took a coffee and infusions when I wanted. They also have luggage storage available after check-out until my flight.

the staff was helpful. they provided great restaurant recommendations. the breakfast had many options (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the location was central and near the opera.
