Really good stay in the city center
central location comfortable bed breakfast selection
The location is very central (close to many attractions). The room featured a large bathroom and comfortable bed. I liked the breakfast service with a wide selection of items. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, offering sufficient equipment for a workout.
The wait time for ice was excessive. I had to call twice and wait for 45 minutes to receive it.

The hotel is situated in a very central location, with access to shopping areas and many of the major sites. Public transportation is conveniently nearby (a subway station is close).

My room was large and included a seating area with a couch and a work desk. The bathroom was particularly spacious (it had two separate sinks). The room included both a coffee machine and a kettle.

inconsistent housekeeping unreplaced tissue
The location was good. It was convenient to get around.
the housekeeping was very inconsistent. one day, they didn't replace the facial tissue. they also didn't empty the dustbins. my linen wasn't changed for three days either!!!

A stay to REMEMBER
serene beauty unparalleled comfort magical touch
The One-Bedroom Atrium King Suite Balcony Atrium View was a DREAM. I savored the serene beauty of the Atrium from the balcony, it was a moment of true peace. The bed's unparalleled comfort delighted me. It was of really good quality. A welcome pastry in our room included a personalized message. This added a magical touch.
My room was very warm. The temperature would not go lower than 19 degrees Celsius. I had a room overlooking the atrium. Getting relief from the balcony was not possible.

The pool area features comfortable loungers and a shaded area. There is also a spa area for relaxation. The hotel offers modern amenities and is designed with attention to detail, it makes your stay more enjoyable.
