okay, so the parking situation? ABSOLUTELY atrocious. Then, at breakfast, i seemed like i was back in the soviet era cause the coffee cup was so hot it almost took my lip off, but butter? FORGET about it. Only margarine was available. SERIOUSLY?

underwhelming stay, some issues observed
unclean bathroom poor lighting
the location was acceptable, it was easy to access public transport.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned. I noticed hair on the floor. there was also a stain in the sink and some marks on the tiles in the shower. These could be removed easily. the carpet in the room is questionable because the lighting is bad. i didn't feel comfortable there.

The included breakfast had a good variety. there were fresh pastries and a selection of cheeses available. the hotel provided toiletries. Shampoo and shower gel were included.
The room was smaller than i anticipated. there was also noticeable street noise at night. the pillows were quite soft. I prefer a firmer pillow.

A Gem in the City's Heart
superb location excellent air conditioning clean facility
I discovered the superb location. My air conditioning worked excellent. The facility showed to be very clean. The room's cleanliness, a comforting embrace, gave me peace.
The shower felt small considering the size of the room, this made it difficult to move around.

Staff members were helpful. They were always available to answer all questions. I found that the team showed genuine care. They provide good coffee in the breakfast room, setting my mornings off to a great start.
