wonderful stay!
great location friendly staff smooth check-in
I found the location great. It was close to bus and metro stations. many places were within walking distance, a plus. the staff were friendly and very helpful, available 24/7. check-in went smoothly, and my room was ready at 11 AM, early.

I liked the room decoration. It was beautiful! the staff proved really friendly and helpful, especially margot and her team, they provided necessary information about local attractions. breakfast had a cute location with good food. The service felt friendly. the beds were comfortable, and the linen was nice. though the parking was expensive.
The wi-fi signal was really weak. i turned on the towel heater. It was so hot that i accidentally got a slight burn scar.

the lobby area offered a chill atmosphere, and the staff served wine. the hotel provides necessary services! the elevator worked properly. cleanliness was good, and the temperature in the room was right.

a perfect home away from home
staff friendliness perfect location clean room
i wanted a unique experience. i received everything i had hoped for and more. the staff friendliness. jeanne at the front desk was lovely.. she was the perfect person to share ideas with. she were very good too, even traveling solo.
my only sadness was that i did not stay longer.

the pâtisserie around the corner had lovely options for mornings. i found the restaurant in the hotel was great as well. the hotel team assisted with dining reservations.

the LOCATION was perfect. i had a superior room balcony. The VIEW from the balcony was excellent. i liked the good restaurants nearby.
the elevator was malfunctioning. i could hear noise from other guest rooms. the breakfast was very disappointing, it was average.
