the staff at the reception proved friendly. they were also very professional. they were warm and answered any question i had. the location was perfect for my weekend trip.
my room felt ridiculously small. there was no room around the bed. there was nowhere to sit except the bed. i also could not find anywhere to store my cases.

the spa access was a good addition to the room i selected i particularly enjoyed the hydromassage pool after a long day i found the hotel staff consistently friendly and accommodating they even offered helpful suggestions for local dining options the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
the elevator was quite small making it a bit challenging to manage with luggage.

The staff was cute and helpful. I especially enjoyed the complimentary sweets and the high-quality tea and coffee provided daily. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and were freshened up each day. It made coming back each evening very pleasant.
The elevator was quite small. It really only accommodated one person with a suitcase at a time, so planning trips to and from the room needed some extra consideration.

the staff was accommodating. I was granted access to the spa facilities at a neighboring hotel while cleaning was underway. The hotel setting is beautiful. It is clean and boasts lovely amenities.
