fantastic stay near the madeleine!
prime location spacious room friendly staff
the location really worked for me. i could easily walk to many attractions, and the metro was super close (really convenient!). my room was spacious and clean. i also found the staff helpful and friendly. (they gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants!)

helpful staff amazing location working ac
i found the staff really helpful and friendly. the location was amazing, so close to transport. my room had ac and it was great after hot days i spent exploring.
the bathroom tap dripped constantly, a bit annoying. i reported this but nobody came to fix it it bothered me a bit.

the location is excellent it sits one minute from a metro station making travel easy. you can also walk one minute to the beautiful madeleine church. i walked ten minutes to palais garnier too.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. i found the location quite convenient. it was near many sights, a walk of about 30 minutes to the major attractions. the lobby had a chic decoration. It made a good first impression.
the room seemed a bit tired upon arrival. i noticed some hairs on the bed, along with a wrapper. this lowered my expectations a bit. the bathroom towel had a large rip in it, an oversight that should have been caught.

spacious room furnished room french breakfast
i stayed in a duplex room it felt so grand. it was spacious and it was furnished well. i loved that it included a bathtub where i can relax after my strolls. the hotel served breakfast that helped me save time in the mornings because it was a nice mix of continental and french options.
i just wish the hotel had a kettle in the room.

The location was great. the staff was always present and helpful. It was very convenient. the interior looked a bit worn, but mostly of good quality and well kept.
A kettle in the room was missing. Being unable to make a hot drink was disappointing.

great location and friendly service
convenient location friendly staff nearby cafe
I stayed for three nights. The location was great, near madeleine metro. the staff was friendly and answered my questions about the city. the hotel is close to many cafes and restaurants, a real plus.
The air conditioner in my room did not work. This. charging devices was not possible during the night, once the lamps were switched off. i think this needs fixing.
