The location was great. the staff was always present and helpful. It was very convenient. the interior looked a bit worn, but mostly of good quality and well kept.
A kettle in the room was missing. Being unable to make a hot drink was disappointing.

I stayed for three nights. The location was great, near madeleine metro. the staff was friendly and answered my questions about the city. the hotel is close to many cafes and restaurants, a real plus.
The air conditioner in my room did not work. This. charging devices was not possible during the night, once the lamps were switched off. i think this needs fixing.
