my superior double room had everything i required. verveine tea and air conditioning were available. the rain shower was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. the location allowed access to many shops and restaurants nearby.
during my stay, i noticed minimal toiletries in the bathroom. the soap dispenser on the sink was dirty. plastic glasses were not cleaned or replaced during my four-day stay. i requested a voucher for the unused breakfast mornings, it was refused and i was charged.

The location was really good. Major tourist attractions were easily within walking distance. The staff demonstrated helpfulness and politeness at all times. My room included air conditioning, a feature I valued greatly. The room was clean, and I appreciated the window seat with its French windows.
My room faced the elevator shaft. Opening the window was impossible, preventing fresh air circulation.
