amazing central spot!
great location friendly staff nearby cafes
I loved the location. It was seriously convenient! holborn tube station is so close. i found lots of cafes and places to eat nearby, too! plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

i found the location highly convenient, with holborn tube station only a short 3-4 minute walk. several grocery stores and major attraction sites are also easily accessible. the always smiling and helpful 24/7 reception staff also provide convenience.

prime location super clean room attentive staff
the location is awesome for seeing shows and visiting covent garden. my room was super clean with all the amenities i needed. the staff helped me quickly and really paid attention to what i asked for

location was pretty good to get to many places. the breakfast had some decent options.
the room they gave me felt really cramped, i struggled a bit with moving around and i wasn't expecting that. the room was just too small.

tiny room rude staff
The 'family' room was indeed tiny. there were no surfaces to put things down. the check-out process bothered me. The staff member acted snooty and seemed eager to rush us out. i felt dismissed, which soured the experience.

the location allowed easy access to different areas via the tube. i found the staff helpful with questions i had. the lobby presented a positive first impression upon entering.
the room was compact with little space for storing luggage.

The location was great. I could walk to many places. The room provided all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available. The staff at reception were efficient during check-in and check-out (no waiting time).
