understated elegance shines
room safe air conditioning quick checkout
the hotel lobby lacked a proper lounge, just a couple of chairs near the front desk. my superior double room included a safe and air conditioning. complimentary water and cookies were a lovely touch, i saw it on arrival to the room. breakfast was really good, and checkout was quick.
the bathroom lacked an outlet for the hairdryer, i think this is inconvinient. i had to dry my hair in the room instead, and it felt awkward.

i had breakfast at the restaurant, and i found the service friendly. the staff were attentive, and i liked the way they answered questions. the dining area was clean.

the front desk team were amazing, they always asked if they could help with anything. the staff, including housekeeping, were friendly. every request was handled quickly and efficiently, i think the staff is great.

the staff provided excellent service. the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms included every amenity. i will return.

my room was immaculate and quiet. the room included a spacious wardrobe, a writing desk, and an armchair. the bathroom featured premium toiletries and fluffy towels.

attentive staff friendly staff excellent service no bar access ac failure uncomfortable room
the staff were attentive and friendly. i found the service to be excellent. the hotel and rooms have a real character and charm.. it was a nice experience.
i found that staying at the hotel does not give you access to the bar. you just have to wait like all the other tourists so i did not even try. i had a very nice room which was comfortable the first night but the a/c failed.
