The location was central (just a short walk from key attractions). Check-in was easy, and i appreciated the helpful staff. I found the luggage storage option useful, especially since i wanted to explore the area before my room was ready. The hotel provided complimentary earplugs.
The room was quite small, offering minimal space for luggage or moving around.

ideal location clean room comfortable bed helpful staff
I loved the location. It was very close to Tottenham Court Road. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. i found Jaynil helpful with everything. Complimentary tea was AVAILABLE in the reception.
The blurred glass bathroom was unsettling. Seeing shapes was TOO uncomfortable.

The rooms offered a relaxing quiet atmosphere I needed after a long day. The WiFi worked great and I checked out quickly. The location is perfect. I found the room price quite reasonable.
The dimmer switch in my room caused the lights to flicker creating an unpleasant effect.

amazing Underground experience
easy check-in convenient bag storage clean room
The location is PERFECT, right by the station. check-in was SO easy, and i even got to store my bags. SAYAM really helped me out. Thank you so much! the rooms are clean and modern too. I couldn't ask for more!

lack of storage sewage smell
the location was acceptable since it was near tottenham court road station.
I was disappointed with the lack of storage space (not even a small shelf!). there was also a strange sewage smell in the halls. It was quite off-putting, especially on my floor, and i did not like it.

restful sleep helpful staff
i found the experience wonderfully peaceful. the complete darkness in the cocoon 1 accessible room made for restful sleep i also found the central location offered easy access to many attractions. the staff was helpful throughout my stay.
i noticed the absence of a physical key which relied solely on a phone app. while i understand it is for limiting contact it would be nice to have a physical option as well. i hope this can be considered for future convenience.
