The location is very central providing easy access to many attractions. The staff was always attentive offering assistance when needed. i appreciated the hotel's attention to detail making my stay nice.
the room servicing occurred at inconvenient hours, specifically between 4 and 6 pm, which disrupted my schedule and led to no servicing . it impacted my overall experience.

Really good Stay in Soho
friendly staff excellent cleaning great breakfast
I found the staff friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping provided excellent twice-daily cleanings. The included breakfast had a great selection. Cocktails were also fantastic. I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate with Bailey's at the bar after shopping.
I found the accommodation service charges added to the bill deceptive, as they were optional gratuities. I always leave gratuities, but this practice bothered me, though the stay was great

Really good Stay in Central Location
perfect location breakfast selection fantastic cocktails
The hotel boasts a perfect location, central for city exploration. The honor bar library allowed for late-night conversations. It reminded me of we could invite friends over. The breakfast selection included in our rate was great and the cocktails were fantastic.
The lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room was disappointing, an extra daily charge applied. Servicing happened each day between 4-6pm. This.
