convenient stay near southwark station
convenient location modern room late food
the location provides great access to transport links, southwark station is very close. my room was modern with a good shower. kitchen food was available late, i could eat it downstairs or take it to my room
the coffee and tea supplies were not always topped up. one day, i had no milk for my tea. breakfast should be included in the room price not separate

the front desk staff were helpful and kind . they provided clear directions and helpful tips about the area. kate at reception was amazing and cute indeed.

the breakfast had a good selection of items each morning. it included both hot and cold options, such as eggs, bacon, and pastries. a variety of juices and coffees were also available.

the double room was clean and spacious, i felt very comfortable. the bed was comfortable and the pillows soft, made for a relaxing sleep. the shower was modern and worked really well.

Great Visit near Blackfriars Station
convenient location excellent breakfast
Location is very convenient for South Bank visits, a real plus. The walk from Blackfriars station is short. I found it convenient to stay here. Breakfast had excellent offerings and staff kept items well stocked even when busy.
The thermostat did not seem to respond, especially in morning. I found sausages not cooked enough.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant, very useful. Pets are welcome at the hotel for £10 per night. Guests can use the elevator. Operation requires a key for adjustments.

The hotel is near a main road. Several nicer roads are nearby. Waterloo and Borough are walkable from the building. It is less than a ten minute walk from the tube station.

Breakfast included full buffet options. The staff kept everything stocked. The buffet breakfast was nicely done. Dinners are excellent, welcome after a long day.

The room was clean, also the bed was comfortable. The entrance area is lovely and separated from the bed area by the bathroom. The room includes a modern shower and updated amenities.

The staff is lovely, always helpful. Check-in was efficient and friendly. The staff are kind and allowed some time to organize luggage after the set checkout. They were the best.

a rather uninspired stay
shower hair no bedside plugs
the room service was a bit of a letdown. i noticed a hair in the shower, and the sheets had some holes in them. plus, there weren't any plugs near the bed, so charging my phone was a floor-level affair. ugh.
