drilling noise poor tv signal
The breakfast was really good with many options.
I was disappointed by the drilling noise that started at 8:30 AM right above my room. It made it hard to relax. The TV signal was poor.

no hot water rude staff
i was told there would be hot water in the evening, i had travelled and really needed a shower. midnight came, still no hot water. i asked reception to sort it, they just wanted me to be patient. 4am, 6am, 8am came and went, and i gave up and used the kettle for a sponge bath. that is unacceptable considering what i paid.

The staff offered a welcome drink. My room was upgraded to a higher floor. The shower was spacious and provided hot water. I appreciated the complimentary late check-out. It suited my schedule after a busy stay.

a romantic getaway
holiday decoration skyline view affordable price
i found the hotel beautifully decorated for the holidays and the staff kind. our room offered a fine skyline view, and the mini fridge had affordable prices. the location proved amazing, only a short walk to the eye and station. it made exploring the city easy.
the bathroom door was not soundproof and didn't close tightly, this meant there was a lack of privacy. the shower fixing was inflexible and directed water at the back of the bath, it flooded the floor.

the staff provided a cute atmosphere, ensuring all guests felt valued, and were helpful with directions. the front desk managed check-in quickly, this allowed more time for discovering surrounding areas.
