The breakfast was really good with many options.
I was disappointed by the drilling noise that started at 8:30 AM right above my room. It made it hard to relax. The TV signal was poor.

no hot waterrude staff
i was told there would be hot water in the evening, i had travelled and really needed a shower. midnight came, still no hot water. i asked reception to sort it, they just wanted me to be patient. 4am, 6am, 8am came and went, and i gave up and used the kettle for a sponge bath. that is unacceptable considering what i paid.

i found the hotel beautifully decorated for the holidays and the staff kind. our room offered a fine skyline view, and the mini fridge had affordable prices. the location proved amazing, only a short walk to the eye and station. it made exploring the city easy.
the bathroom door was not soundproof and didn't close tightly, this meant there was a lack of privacy. the shower fixing was inflexible and directed water at the back of the bath, it flooded the floor.
