The staff was very responsive. They provided quick assistance. I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The swimming pool was VERY good and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The pillows were a bit flat for me. I didn't find them very comfortable. The major issue was with the bathroom plumbing. A stench came from the bathroom into the room.

I appreciated the accessible location near the jubilee line. The staff demonstrated kindness and warmth. My time in the pool and steam room was a pure joy. It felt rejuvenating after a long day.
Unfortunately, the pillows did not give me the support i needed. They felt a bit too flat.
