ABSOLUTELY Amazing Stay!
spacious layout stylish decor comfortable bed modern amenity
I REALLY loved that my room was upgraded. It featured a spacious layout and stylish decor. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. i also appreciated the modern amenities available, including a high-definition television and complimentary Wi-Fi. The concierge service was Really good. They were always available to assist with directions and recommendations.
The in-room coffee could have been better.

The staff was professional. They were friendly and eager to assist with any request. I found the concierge desk responsive. They promptly addressed all inquiries. They also arranged transportation and made restaurant reservations for me. I found them helpful.

The hotel's location allowed convenient access to popular attractions and public transportation. I noticed several restaurants and shops in close proximity to the hotel. Westminster Abbey and other historical sites were within walking distance from the hotel.

historic charm and comfort
central location friendly staff daily replenishment
i appreciated the excellent location near trafalgar square and charing cross station it made exploring the city very convenient the staff was consistently friendly and helpful i particularly noticed the attention to detail in keeping the rooms clean and tidy each day. bottled water was replenished daily in glass bottles a nice touch that reflects the hotel's luxury level.
the room size was a bit smaller compared to my previous stays here it was still comfortable but noticeably more compact.

the breakfast selection included both buffet and a la carte options it offered great food quality with a wide variety. the restaurant surroundings were cosy.

the hotel is situated on a quiet side street making it peaceful despite its central position i found it easy to walk to many attractions. it is just steps away from trafalgar square making sightseeing very accessible.

Really good Service and Elegant Comfort
helpful staff delicious food cozy restaurant
i found the staff consistently helpful from the moment i arrived the front desk team was responsive to emails i received a tour of the kitchen and the food choices were amazing the english breakfast options were particularly tasty the breakfast selection included both a buffet and an à la carte menu the chef delivered delicious food in a cozy restaurant atmosphere.
the room was not large perhaps a slight constraint but everything else was lovely

the hotel has an amazing restaurant called ekstedt at the yard it is fantastic the hotel also features a very nice afternoon tea room with quiet surroundings and attentive staff members ready to meet needs.

mixed experience due to service issues
inconsistent housekeeping missing towels
the location was quite good for accessing various attractions.
housekeeping was inconsistent of several nights. bottled water was not replenished daily and i frequently found towels missing from the bathroom. this was quite frustrating at this price point.
