excellent locationcomfortable beds
the location is excellent for access to tube stations, restaurants and theaters. i appreciated the lounge with complimentary coffee and comfortable beds!!!
the air conditioner made excessive noise, even on the low setting.

the location was central to many attractions. it was close to bus stops and tube stations. the staff members were helpful. they assisted with questions and provided directions.
the shower room was very small. it needed refurbishment. there was a plastic shower curtain. the coffee machine in the room lacked coffee pods. i also found no spoons or biscuits provided.
