the location is excellent, right next to victoria railway station. the staff was ALWAYS friendly and helpful . i found the beds to be insanely comfortable, which led to restful nights.

my wife wanted to eat some outside food in the lobby, but we were told that we could not. this was a bit disappointing since we were meeting up with friends. the rule felt somewhat inflexible.

A Dreamy Stay, Modern Comfort and Sweet Location!

I adored the iPad system controlling everything. It felt futuristic and so practical. The bed was amazingly comfy, a real haven after long days. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I found the location perfect, very close to Victoria Station, with access to transportation.

The room was a bit compact. Maneuvering around luggage needed some planning, but it was manageable.

the location proves really good near victoria station. the staff seemed friendly and available all times. my room included a global plug system, this include eu, uk, and us plug options. the mini fridge in the room was a nice addition for keeping drinks cool.

the room felt pretty small, a bit difficult for two peoples with a lot of luggage.

I found the tech features in the room very useful. I controlled everything via the tablet. The shower was excellent with large, soft towels. I loved it. Blackout curtains were also provided, they really helped me sleep well. The breakfast was delicious and a good value, it had everything I needed to start my day.

I must admit the room size was quite small, the configuration felt a little unusual.
