reasonable accessmissing makeup mirrorinconvenient power sockets
the location was acceptable , with reasonable access to transport links.
the room felt cramped , despite being supposedly upgraded , and the bathroom lacked essential amenities like a makeup mirror. i also found it irritating that there were no easily accessible power sockets for charging devices , forcing me to crawl under the desk. this hardly seemed like a modern , convenient experience.

The location was great near two tube stops. I found this convenient.
The evening wine happy hour was crowded with minimal seating. I asked for dinner recommendations and was sent to crowded places. The waiter ignored me during breakfast while attending to a nearby table. He did not ask if I needed anything or offer pudding.
