Fantastic Location and Wonderful Staff!
central location friendly staff comfortable bed
The location is very nice. I could easily walk to many key attractions. The staff was so friendly and helpful, accommodating my late-night requests. My room was always very comfy and tidy, (I especially liked the comfy bed).

charmed stay
spot on location safe area attentive staff quiet room
the location was spot on. i was close to the thames, a metro station, and a railway station! many sights were within walking distance, and the area secure hotel too. the staff went the extra mile. i enjoyed the spacious, clean, and quiet room. the tv was huge, a real plus!
the thermostat in the room seemed a little sensitive to adjustments! it took a bit to cool the room down after changes.

convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed difficult air conditioning chaotic breakfast unreplenished items
the location was quite convenient near the station. the staff were helpful in directing me. the room had comfortable beds and was clean.
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust i had trouble setting a comfortable temperature. the breakfast service felt chaotic at times. some items were not replenished promptly at the buffet.

Excellent Location and Accommodating Staff
convenient location simple travel status acknowledgement fast room setup
The hotel sits right across from the tube station, so it was easy to access various attractions. The location made traveling simple. The front desk acknowledged my status and granted my requests about location. We required a roll-away bed for my teenager. This bed was already set up when we arrived, which saved us a lot of time.
I found it hard to get milk for tea at the otherwise excellent buffet breakfast.

Breakfast had many choices. The lounge offered a gorgeous canapé plate in the afternoon. Breakfast items were smaller, however. It included everything needed to start the day.

The staff delivered fabulous service. The team looked after me very well. The staff was attentive and gentle. The staff provided helpful assistance when needed.

The room was spacious. It did not feel cramped. The shower was big and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I slept really well and the lobby space was nice, great.

The staff at the hotel seemed so attentive to every detail. i especially loved the location just across from the tube station. It made exploring so simple. the lobby space felt airy, such a relief after a long day.

mixed feelings about my stay
faulty thermostat inconsistent housekeeping
the location is quite good, right across from the tube station (very convenient).
i'm pretty frustrated. the thermostat in my room barely worked and the room was hard to cool. housekeeping also forgot towels twice and didn't restock tea or milk, i'm not paying this much for this kind of service.
