excellent hotel with great service
excellent breakfast easy walk cute staff
i stayed here for three nights. the green park tube station is just a short walk away. many mayfair restaurants are within easy walking distance too. the staff were all very very nice and cute. breakfast buffet had excellent food. i also spent some time in the nice bar downstairs.
i found that the pillows provided were lumpy. i had to ask for feather ones. thankfully, those were much better.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is near st james park and buckingham palace. mayfair provides a quiet atmosphere, being situated on a calm street though still very central to many attractions and amenities.

This place seemed like a romantic dream. Our room included a supremely comfortable bed and fresh, crisp linens. Breakfast provided quality food and the staff ensured i had everything i needed (i loved the pastries!). The hotel's location provided easy access to many attractions.
The room felt a bit small compared to what i had hoped for based on the photos. The outlets in the room were awkwardly placed and hard to reach. Getting to my room required navigating stairs and corridors and it was not easily accessible.

awesome stay at this amazing gem!!!
very nice staff convenient location gracious stay
the staff was very nice and the hotel is situated in a fantastic location, near the green park tube station. the room was super clean every night and beautifully put back together. the hotel seemed like a home away from the hustle of the city, it was such a gracious stay!!!
the bathroom counter was small and lacked any space for personal toiletry bags. i generally expect double sinks at luxury hotels. a heated towel rack would have been a nice feature!!!

This beautiful hotel impressed me greatly. I appreciated the early check-in they accommodated. I enjoyed the convenience of a separate room for a quick shower after my flight. I also liked the lounge. It had a superb atmosphere in the evening.
I found that the bar closed rather early .

The premises include well kept decor with fresh cut flowers and bunches of orchids. It gives the place a stylish and elegant feel. There is a bar tucked away, and it provides a charming atmosphere for relaxation. I noticed meticulous attention to detail throughout.

The staff were attentive throughout my stay. dining at the restaurant was a highlight. The quality of the food and the balance of flavors were excellent. every course was a delight. a sommelier enhanced the evening.
i found that some aspects did not meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel. there were some areas needing updates. the room was not as spacious as i anticipated.

underwhelming stay, some issues noted
cigarette smell broken air conditioning
the location near green park tube station was acceptable.
Room 130 smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was directly above the smoking area. the air conditioning did not work, so i couldn't close the windows to avoid the smoke. my clothes now smell of cigarettes, and i have a scratchy throat. i found this very disappointing.
