My room was clean, and the staff was kind. the breakfast had several delicious options. I especially loved the pastries. its location near the bus and subway stations made getting around easy.
The room was a little smaller than i anticipated. I struggled with luggage storage. the limited space impacted overall comfort. a larger room would definitely enhance future stays.

The walls were thin. i could hear every conversation and movement from the adjacent rooms, hard to relax. also, the breakfast setup was quite chaotic. The area felt cramped, and items weren't replenished quickly enough. i found myself waiting several times for basic things like coffee and pastries, pretty annoying. it affected the start of my day, honestly.

I found the staff helpful. Their smiles were a delight. the cleanliness of the room was perfect. it also included functional amenities. the quality bathroom and nespresso machine provided extra comfort. i appreciated the little details like the slippers. i'll fondly remember our mornings there.
the shower door opened too close to the sink, a small design flaw. it made access somewhat awkward and could be easily improved. that minor inconvenience didn't overshadow the positive aspects.
