The room was modern. I had a rainfall shower. The bed was comfortable. The hotel location provided easy access to nearby attractions.

The breakfast service was slow. It required multiple reminders for coffee. The buffet selection was limited. Getting simple items took an unreasonable amount of time.

A luxurious stay with minor service hiccups

i felt pampered. A very warm welcome and a glass of champagne. the room was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything i needed, i appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the umbrella and tote bag available for guest use.

The service, however, had a slight hiccup. I found the service charge practice a bit disappointing, as it was added automatically at checkout. it was like an awkward moment to have it removed in front of other guests, i think it needs a bit of transparency.
