charming victoria stay
helpful staff superb location excellent service
Ali helped me during check-in, a good start. the location is superb. Victoria station is steps away. oscar provided excellent bar service after long days touring. He made the bar my place for relaxation. i got a room upgrade.
a bathroom sink leaked. They tried to fix it twice. it still leaked, needing a washcloth tied around it. the area where the leak was, had towels stored, but no dresser was available.

The hotel location is really convenient. It gives quick access to transportation options. The breakfast has tasty food and a wide selection.

excellent stay near victoria station
convenient location cozy bed hot breakfast fresh bread
I found the location very convenient, especially its nearness to victoria station. pick-up points for tours booked through viator were quite close. This was a definite plus. the cleanliness of the room stood out. I thought the pillows and beds were very cozy. i enjoyed the hot breakfast. It included many options for fresh bread and a proper english breakfast.
the air conditioning did not work properly in my room. i reported this issue, yet i did not get another room. they only provided a table fan.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help, and i felt the concierge service was helpful. kaushi, a breakfast server, offered really good service. she ensured my comfort. i found her attention appreciated.

The hotel is located near the palace and westminster, i loved that it has convenient access to victoria station underground. it was only a short ride to west end theaters, depending on the show. This accessibility made my travel easier. i loved that the hotel had direct links into central destinations

The hotel is modern, clean and well-kept. the room had a good tv channel selection. I thought the 24-hour room service menu was also handy. i found all required items like a hair dryer and tea readily available.

adequate but some issues
terrible hash browns clogged shower drain
the location was alright, it was close to several things i guess.
The noise levels were not great. I could hear traffic all night. the shower drain was clogged something awful. the breakfast was a total miss. The hash browns tasted like cardboard, so stale it was disgusting.

great location comfortable bed clean room faulty toilet broken air conditioning promised refund
The location was great. It was just a few mins from victoria station. check in and check out were smooth. the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
The toilet flushes were not working well. Someone had to come to fix it. the air conditioning was not working for two days. the room got very hot. i was promised half off for those nights, but i never received the refund, though.

convenient location helpful staff
The location is very convenient for transportation. Victoria Station is close by. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The staff were very helpful and kind.
It was disruptive to my rest. The breakfast buffet seemed understaffed. Refills were slow.
