i found the location pretty great. it was close to the tube station, i think about ten minutes away. the staff member was helpful and showed me the basic facilities in my room.
the bed felt really small. i think it not big enough for two people, so it bad for sleeping. the room seemed smaller than it looked in the pictures.

The location was a major plus. It was very near Waterloo station and several bus stops! This made getting around super easy! I found the front desk staff very helpful. They provided clear information and were always available.
The room was quite small. It also did not have a desk. I found the sockets to be strangely placed, and there wasn't a full-length mirror. the ironing board was smaller than usual, a bit inconvenient.

the hotel was in a convenient location for getting around.
i found several hairs in the bed linens and bathroom , a repulsive experience. despite my complaints, the replacement sheets also had hairs. the cleanliness was severely lacking , and they offered no real compensation for the unhygienic conditions.

The location was quite acceptable, close to transit links.
The room I received was not clean at all. There was black, long hair on the floor and in the bed. The room looked to be covered in dust. These issues did diminish the quality of my stay.

The hotel's location is convenient near waterloo station. the room was bright. i appreciated the helpful luggage storage. I dropped my bag off in the morning and the staff had it in my room when i checked in. i left it the next day and picked it up before my train that evening.

The hotel location is very convenient with many shops and restaurants. a supermarket opposite made getting essentials easy. staff were friendly and professional. They stored my luggage when i arrived early. i appreciated the upgrade i received upon check-in. It.
i found some noise from outside early in the morning.
