The receptionist WAS very helpful and quick. I got customer service i needed, and I appreciate THAT. The location is SUPER convenient, so close to everything. My room WAS nice and neat, exactly what I needed. i appreciated the attentiveness OF the staff.
The stairs were steep when I was carrying my suitcase.

the room was very small and not clean. there was a moldy smell that permeated the space, and the carpet looked stained. the minimally-equipped bathroom lacked even a hairdryer, despite its listing.

The bathroom was quite small. i had difficulty maneuvering within the limited space. also, i found the cleanliness to be lacking. There were questionable stains on the walls and the overall condition felt somewhat unhygienic. improvements in these areas are certainly needed.
