Acceptable stay, some drawbacks
friendly staff central location sufficient menu dark room elevator service small shower
The staff was friendly and helpful . The location is quite central. The breakfast included a sufficient menu. I also liked the bar on the top floor. It had a nice view.
The room I had was dark all day. I could barely tell if it was morning or afternoon without checking my phone. The elevators were not working well. We had to use the service elevator . The shower in the room was small.

great service comfortable beds
The staff delivered great service. Sunil was always ready to help me with my requests. The room had comfortable beds. The hotel breakfast on the roof was five star with made to order omelets.
The rooms are a little dark because of the limited lighting.

slow elevators high mini-bar prices
the doorman was friendly and helpful with directions.
The elevators were very slow. Often i waited a long time. also, i found the mini-bar prices to be high. i felt a bottle of water should not cost that much especially given the room rate.

prime location powerful hairdryer
the location was amazing. the amenities included a nespresso machine with cookies in the room i stayed. complimentary water was refilled. the hairdryer was surprisingly powerful for a hotel room.
the feather comforter on the bed was too warm for my preference. this was a minor issue.
