small room missing brush
The room was quite small, i must say. the separate toilet and bathroom setup seemed a bit odd. the toilet also lacked a brush, which i found rather inconvenient . i thought a brush was essential for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. clearly, housekeeping missed a detail. A toilet brush is not some luxury item

transit options accommodating staff decent breakfast small room uncomfortable bed fresh coffee
i found transit options very close. it was a short walk to many spots for theatre trips. the staff was very accommodating. breakfast was decent and the amenities seemed good too.
The room was small. the bed was uncomfortable. every day i had to ask for fresh coffee. The cleaner never renewed them.

small bathroom no air conditioning
the location was convenient for getting around.
the room was small, i found it difficult to open my suitcases. there was no air conditioning, this could be uncomfortable when temperatures rise. the bathroom was also small and not very stylish. it was just adequate, nothing special.

charming stay near the british museum
friendly staff convenient tube stops central location
i found the staff genuinely kind. they helped me arrange transportation. the hotel's proximity to several tube stops was convenient. it made getting around easy. breakfast had many choices and the location was ideal for visiting central attractions.
the room lacked climate control , made temperature regulation difficult i found it difficult to maintain a comfortable environment in the room because there was no air conditioning
