thoughtful surprises useful amenities
the staff remembered my name after a brief introduction. they even prepared thoughtful surprises for my anniversary. i also liked the complimentary champagne provided upon arrival. the room was beautiful and offered useful amenities.
the service charge of £40 at checkout was unexpected.

perfect hotel solo traveller convenient location complimentary option
I found the staff cute. The hotel's location near Victoria Station was convenient. I liked the 'Plunder the Pantry' option available upon late arrival. I look forward to returning.
