great location friendly staff clean room

the location was excellent it was close to victoria station. the staff were friendly when i arrived late at night. the room was clean and had everything i needed for a quick stay

the room was small it was difficult for two people to manage their belongings. i missed having a shelf to organize my things my bags stayed on the floor

i did not find the cafe mentioned with my room key coupon so i could not assess the dining options. i did not have breakfast at the hotel . there was to be no on-site restaurant

the room design was modern. the bed provided comfort during the night. the shower had a non-slip shower tray which i found very helpful. the room lacked sufficient furniture for storing personal items

gentle staff excellent location good air early check

the staffs kindness. the location was excellent, so easy to find local pubs and food nearby. my room had a good air circulation system, this was a very nice suprise. early check in made me very happy because my room was ready for me.

the room was compact, it was not much room at all.
