faulty tvinattentive staff
i felt pretty let down by a few things. the tv in my room didn't work properly, a real bummer when i wanted to relax after a long day. also, the staff at breakfast seemed a bit preoccupied. they didn't really check if everything was alright, and i had to ask multiple times for a coffee refill. a bit more attention would have made a big difference to the start of my day

Really good Stay, A Detailed Review

The pool area was very clean. I observed about twenty loungers there with a shaded section too. The gym included three treadmills. I also saw two stationary bikes available for guest use. My room had two separate sinks, a great convenience. It also featured a rainfall shower. The staff responded quickly to any requests. I was happy with the speedy assistance. The location made it easy to walk to many places. Regent Street and Oxford Street were very close. SOHO was also just on the doorstep, very handy for exploring. Breakfast was excellent and offered many choices. The English breakfast included all the basics. It gave plenty of energy for the day.
I found the minibar prices a little high! though I enjoyed having the convenience of it in my room.

broken tvdraughty room
the tv in my classic double room didn't work. the window also wouldn't close properly , so the room was draughty. the rooftop bar was closed due to rain. i felt unsafe when i had to wait outside for someone to open the main door at night , especially since my key card didn't work.

The location is central for many shops and restaurants. The rooftop terrace provides a cute quiet space. I also found the room cleanliness really good.
I requested more water bottles, about four to six daily, but usually received two. One night, the hotel said they had a water bottle shortage and could not provide any extra.
