fantastic stay!

convenient locationeasy arrivalgreat experience
autograph collection was our choice after a similar great experience in crete. arriving from pancras station via thameslink to blackfriars was super easy. the hotel is very close to the station and a short walk to the thames, which makes exploring the area really convenient.
i noticed the air conditioning in the room seemed a little inefficient, resulting in both nights feeling a bit stuffy.

my visit included helpful staff for check-in and check-out. the overall design had some beautiful chairs and relaxing spots. i appreciated the excellent breakfast selections with a wide variety. the bar had a good selection of drinks including champagne, nice.
the reception area was not clearly marked when i arrived. i felt a bit ignored with my bags when trying to check in. it created a slight feeling of disorientation at the start of my stay, but it didn't significantly impact my overall impression.
