lovely respite near westminster
calming room quiet street electric heat
our beautiful king room had such a calming effect! i found the quiet street a welcome retreat from city sounds. i treasured the nightly electric heat provided outside.
the pillows were somewhat flat, but i managed, though i'd have loved a bit more fluff.

small room insufficient heating
I must say, i found some aspects rather disappointing. The room was smaller than I anticipated. The heating was INSUFFICIENT, especially given the chilly weather outside. I caught a cold because the room never really warmed up, even with the thermostat turned up high.

superb location delicious breakfast friendly staff
I appreciated the superb location. It offered easy access to many central sights. the breakfast (especially the pancakes!) was delicious. the staff was always attentive and very friendly, underground access was only a short walk away.

the location impressed me, being just a brief walk to the tube station. i found the hotel's entrance utterly lovely. the view from my window, overlooking the park, was a real treat.

rainfall shower tea selection
i stayed in a beautiful king room it had two separate sinks there was also a rainfall shower i found a nespresso machine with capsules in the room i appreciated the selection of teas available too
the air conditioning unit made a slight noise i noticed it mostly at night
