charming stay near waterloo station
convenient location friendly staff filling breakfast complimentary drinks
the location was very convenient , near the train station. i found the staff very friendly. the breakfast offered many choices and was quite filling. i appreciated the complimentary drinks in the fridge in my room.
i noticed a bit of dust around the fan in the room.

Mixed feelings about this STAY.
dated bathroom shower mould
I found some aspects of the room less than ideal. The bathroom felt quite dated. The shower was a bit cramped, it had some mould on the tiles. It wasn't the MOST relaxing experience.

acceptable stay near waterloo
convenient location complimentary items steep stairs lack of air conditioning
the hotel location is very convenient, especially its proximity to the waterloo station. complimentary toiletries and a selection of food and drinks were provided. this added a nice touch to the overall experience.
The stairs were quite steep and narrow. Carrying luggage up to the room proved challenging. the room lacked air conditioning. Only a small desk fan was available, and the windows did not seal well.

the breakfast was EXCELLENT with lots of options. My room included a very clean shower.

quality food quick service coffee facilities
i found the breakfast excellent with quality food. the service was quick. my room had tea and coffee making facilities. the shower also provided plenty of hot water.
