the staff were super friendly, polite, and helpful . my room was clean, smart, and quiet (a welcome escape after a long day), it also featured very comfy beds and pillows. the hotel's overall presentation was excellent too.
the entrance wasn't obvious when i arrived late. i was moved to a single room, and offered free breakfast as compensation.

ushasree provided amazing hospitality for afternoon tea. the staff members meshel, goma, and craig offered radiant smiles and great service at the buffet. anthwin served the dinner with class and education.

the hotel has convenient proximity to either victoria or st james park station. it is also a short walk down to westminster, perfect for sightseeing. the hotel is in a charming neighborhood and it is close to many attractions.

the hotel provided a historic building repurpose with an authentic british atmosphere. the building is clean. the rooms have been refurbished to a good standard (i really liked the decorations!).

the room i booked was a double room. it was clean. the location was quite convenient. it was close to many places i wanted to visit.
There was ongoing refurbishment. i was not told about this beforehand! the bar was not fully stocked. No draft beer was available. only cans or bottles were on offer, these were warm.

the room i had was a little small the bedside lamp was torn i noticed the shower had very little pressure during use there was no air-conditioning available so i had to request a fan
