reasonable stay overall
early check-in upgraded suite garden view blocked sink malfunctioning app price decrease
I found the staff helpful. They welcomed us with an early check-in. i got an upgraded suite. It featured a garden view. the room service visited twice daily to tidy up the space.
The sink in my room was blocked. This was inconvenient. the tv apps did not function correctly. It made relaxing difficult. the room price decreased by 20% on the day i stayed. I had booked a week prior to arrival.

Mixed experience with dietary needs unmet
dietary requirements inadequate solution
I booked two rooms for my parents' five-night stay. Unfortunately, they struggled to provide even basic options. Gluten-free toast with dairy-free spread seemed impossible. Managers promised to resolve it, yet each morning, nothing changed. One manager suggested peanut butter as an alternative, an inadequate solution for her dietary needs.

convenient location good cleanliness room service faulty phone tv apps breakfast charges
i found the location very convenient. the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory, housekeeping did a good job. in-room service was also quite good.
the phone in my room did not work. apps on the tv were also non-functional.
