I had a few issues . The room I was initially given felt quite dark and looked to need updates. I found hair in the bathroom that was not mine and the toilet did not work correctly. I asked for a different room and the second one was better but I expected a higher standard.

the location is very nice, very convenient to many activities. st james park is a short walk, it offers excellent running and walking trails. the adult children loved the ability to get to nearly any neighborhood by walking or tube. the concierge and bellman were always at the ready, and taxis were always waiting outside.

the team has been friendly and polite, the doorman and receptionist were smiling. miriam showed us around the hotel and its facilities, she also showed us our room. her knowledge, friendliness, and politeness were notable.

the hotel is situated in a superb location , very close to buckingham palace and the theatre district. also nearby are piccadilly, covent garden, and trafalgar square, ALL within walking distance. i found it easy to access many attractions.

breakfasts were excellent , i especially enjoyed the options available. dinner at the michelin-starred wild honey was one of the best meals i had. i greatly appreciated the quality and variety of food available.

The location was good staff were friendly and the room was clean enough.
The room was small I booked a Luxury King Room but felt cramped. There was noise late at night from nearby streets making it hard to sleep well even with the windows closed. The minibar prices were surprisingly high too.
