central location clean room quiet atmosphere
this hotel has a great location in the city center. the room was clean i liked the quiet atmosphere. i also appreciated the good air conditioning system it provided relief from the heat.
the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a small inconvenience. i missed being able to make a quick beverage in the morning or evening.

comfy bed really good cleanliness nice linen
i found the bed comfy. the cleanliness was really good. i also adored the nice linen.
i did find opening the fireproof doors hard on every step of the way. the ac was loud even on the quietest setting. i thought the high prices for late checkout were tough.

top decor mass transit
The bathroom had top of the line decor and was very clean. The location allowed easy access to mass transit plus many restaurants. Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square are also within walking distance.
My room lacked coffee or tea making facilities.

missing tv no coffee
The absence of a TV in the room was a surprise. I also found that there were no tea or coffee facilities available. It seems a bit much to expect guests to go without basic comforts. These omissions.

The room provided ample space and a clean environment. Its location offered convenient access to both underground and bus stops. The staff demonstrated a high degree of attentiveness and kindness (I was charmed by their helpful nature).
I received suspicious links via emails and WhatsApp, this was very frustrating.
