relaxing environment excellent location studio facilities faulty air-conditioning centrally controlled cold room
the studio had all the facilities needed including a hob, fridge, and microwave if needed. the hotel was really clean and a lovely relaxing environment. the location is excellent, quiet, and safe. it is within walking distance to covent garden and on the central line so accessing places is easy.
the central air-conditioning unit in the room was not working properly. we were informed that the system is centrally controlled by the hotel to save energy. the room was uncomfortably cold. there was no way to adjust it.

The location was convenient. Holborn station is only a short walk away. the apartment featured a fully equipped kitchen, including a large fridge, useful. i appreciated the laundry facilities available. They made longer stays much more manageable.

clean rooms modern lobby inspired staff valued flexibility
I have been staying here regularly for years now. The modern lobby update also improved the overall feel. The staff seemed inspired to provide better customer service. As a frequent guest, I value the flexibility on timings offered.
The tv in the room could be slightly bigger for viewing from the bed.

convenient location refurbished room free baggage store room category functional heating portable heater
the location was very convenient , especially with the holborn underground station so close. our room was newly refurbished and quite clean. the free baggage store was really handy for our departure day.
we booked a specific room category , but it wasn't available when we arrived. they did upgrade us , but the room had no functional heating. we got a small portable heater , but it wasn't enough since the outside temperature was low.

convenient location holborn station easy supplies long check-in uncomfortable bed fixed temperature
the location felt perfect for my needs. holborn tube station was nearby. the super mart across the street allowed me to easily get supplies for the kitchenette. i appreciated this convenience.
i noticed the check-in took a while. the bed felt uncomfortable and small. i could not adjust the room temperature, which bothered me.
